Hey! My name is Lyndzi Taruc. I have just  started my fourteenth year teaching. I taught Kindergarten for nine years and this will be my fifth year teaching first grade. I taught my first twelve years at Moody Elementary School and transferred to Springville last year. I love teaching! My husband and I have been married twelve years. We have a little girl who is in fifth grade this year. I am looking forward to a great school year!  I attended Springville School System growing up. It's great to be Springville Tiger! After school, I attended two years at Gadsden State Community College and finished my degree at Jacksonville State University.

I love teaching simply because no day is ever the same. I love working with children and I truly believe teaching is the most rewarding job. Enthusiasm, praise, and encouragement play such an important role in my classroom. I believe each and every child should be given equal opportunity to learn new things. I also believe setting higher expectations for children always results in greater accomplishments. I am amazed each and every day by the student’s progress.
