  • Meet the Teacher/Registration Night

We are excited about the 2020-2021 school year. Meet the Teacher will be different this year. We will not send letters announcing homeroom teachers. Each grade level will have a night to complete registration and meet their teachers. We are asking all students and parents to start in the school gym with all of the following completed:

    • Register online
    • Copy of mortgage or lease in the name of parent/guardian (Upload or bring paper copy.)
    • Two (2) proofs of residence in the name of parent/guardian (Upload or bring paper copy.)
    • Photo ID of parent/guardian (Upload or bring paper copy.)
    • Up to date Immunizations (Proof must be on file with school nurse.)

You will receive your homeroom teacher assignment once you have verified the above with a MMS staff member. You will be able to tour the school, meet your teacher and visit the classroom. We will have staff here to answer questions about lunch accounts, bus routes and after school care. Feel free to bring school supplies on this date.
                4th Grade: August 3 from 3:00 - 6:00
                5th Grade: August 4 from  3:00 - 6:00
               *6th Grade: August 5 from 3:00 - 6:00
*Lockers will be sold at this time only if all of the above is complete.

  • Due to COVID-19, we are following the guidelines of the Alabama Department of Public Health and the Alabama Department of Education.  Currently they are requesting that schools start at a later date.

Our pre-approved calendar has St. Clair County Schools starting on August 13th.  The 2020-2021 school start date is subject to change and dependent upon recommendations issued by the ADPH and ALSDE.

All efforts will be made to keep you informed.
