Hi, my name is Lauren Nelson and I began teaching at Springville Elementary in 2020. This is my seventh year teaching. I taught first grade for five years and this is my second year teaching second grade and I absolutely love it. I graduated from the University of Montevallo in 2013 with my Master's in Elementary Education. I am married to my wonderful husband, Roy and we have a three year boy named Bennett and a golden retriever named Scout. I love shopping, reading, watching movies, and spending time with my family.
