    Request to use facilities must be approved by the Principal, Superintendent, and the Board of Education. The Facilities Use Application outlines the Rules and Regulations for facility use. Email request with a copy of the organization's Liability Insurance Coverage to 

    EPA Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act of 1986 Compliance

    The St. Clair County Board of Education remains in compliance with EPA's Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) of 1986. Inspections are conducted yearly with six-month surveillance. SCCBOE staff are trained as required by EPS's AHERA regulations. District management plans are on file and available to view during business hours at 175 College Street, Odenville, AL 35120.
