I want to start by stating I am so very excited to be part of the Ragland team. This is the beginning of my 24th year in education, and I fully believe it is going to be the most exciting and rewarding year to date. I truly believe we are going to see great things at our school. However, we will reap the reward only if we faint not in our persistence. One common element reverberates within the most successful organizations; it begins with an obsessive dedication to excellence by all stakeholders. We MUST commit to do ALL things right. From being on time to school, to cleaning up the cafeteria, to completing assignments, to obeying authority, to proper sportsmanship, to behaving in class and hallways, to giving back through community service, to treating all with respect; attention to the details produces an adult that will make positive contributions to their society. We will make sure that Ragland youth know that commitment to doing what is right all the time will result in opportunities to succeed at every endeavor. I look forward to the years ahead of us at RHS where we are SMALL BUT MIGHTY.
