• We hope to see all athletes on July 7th, regardless of what sport they intend to play.
    • We will begin more sport specific workouts later in the summer. If your sport does not have a listed workout, that does not mean you should not attend workouts. You will likely see your coach at the workouts for all sports.
    • Anyone interest in running cross-country at SCCHS as soon as school starts, please CLICK HERE.
    • As we get closer to time, check your email in case our Athletic Director needs to contact you about an issue with your child’s eligibility.
    • Anyone who has not completed their Dragonfly account and/or does not have an active physical will be sent home.
    • Please plan to arrive thirty minutes early to all workouts. We will have to take all athlete's temperature and fill out a form on them each day.
    • Girls workouts will begin in the gym. Boys workouts will begin on the practice football field.
    • Please send your child with a facial covering, a gallon of water, and hand sanitizer.
    • The state athletic association mandates that only athletes may be present at workouts. Parents cannot enter.
    • So, please wait around for a few minutes on the first day of workouts to make sure there are no issues with your child’s eligibility.
    • Athletes must maintain 6 feet of social distancing before, during, and after workouts.
    • After workouts conclude, all athletes must go home. Please be there to pick them up on time.
    • We would greatly appreciate donations of bottled water, Clorox wipes, and hand sanitizer.
