St. Clair County Schools is not able to work on parents' or students' personal devices. If there is an issue with a school-issued device, and the resources on this page do not answer your questions, please contact your child's teacher via email with the following information:
- What is the student's name?
- What is the student's grade?
- What kind of device is the student using? (Laptop or iPad?)
- What is the issue?
- Please attach any pictures or screenshots that you can.
