Who is helped: K-12 students who qualify for services.
Project C.O.P.E. connects children between the ages of 5-18 years, whose struggles are negatively impacting their school experience, with mental health services that will create the potential to overcome their everyday problems.
Peer Helpers Plus Program – A Multi-Tiered Program for Prevention & Support - Tier 1 & 2

This program teaches people to do the following:
- Identify situations in which are beyond their level of control or change
- Explore risk factors associated with mental health, substance use, bullying and abuse
- Recognize warning signs related to abuse, substance use, suicide and violence
- Healthy coping habits for mental wellness
- Selfcare and help seeking skills
- How to communicate with peers and motivate them to seek help
- How to facilitate referrals of peers for early intervention and support
- National crisis and mental health resources and local resources and referral points
Who can be trained: K-12 students in prevention and coping skills; 3-12 students in support services

P.A.T.H., Prevention & Awareness for Total Health is the K-12 schoolwide comprehensive prevention curricula component of the program which addresses bullying, abuse, suicide and substance use in grade level curricula. Classroom teachers facilitate the scripted lessons utilizing the included slides, videos and handouts. Parent Letters are provided for electronic delivery sharing lesson highlights, parent tips, resources and helplines.
Peer Helpers is adult coordinator lead diverse group of students trained in communication, conflict resolution, and referral skills. These students actively support classmates through daily life struggles and times of life altering experiences. Support services are customizable based on the school’s needs.
An online portal provides both program component materials and curricula, gathers support services data from Peer Helpers and has P.A.T.H. delivery monitoring.

• How to talk with someone who may be at risk for suicide and persuade them to get help
• Refer at-risk individuals to appropriate resources for help

• QPR comes in different versions for the following audiences:

o Professional groups, including health care professionals, veterans, law enforcement, firefighters & EMS

Who is helped: K-8 students
Rhithm’s check-in tool provides an opportunity for students and staff to reflect on how they’re feeling. In under one minute, our emoji-based check-in tool helps students to build awareness five key areas of wellness. Based on their answers, our algorithm presents each student with a short activity to teach them essential life skill and/or to get them ready to learn. Leaders can also create and deploy custom surveys and assessments to get a unique pulse on culture, climate, and more.
• Rhithm is a K12 student and staff wellness check-in tool. The platform selects an ideal 1-3 minute SEL activity/intervention video to regulate well-being based on user given data from a simple emoji assessment. This data is available on dashboards to reflect and connect with as desired at the campus, district/network and state levels.
