I have taught at Springville since 2015. 

Even though I do not live in the Springville community, I am daily impressed with the respectful, kind, and smiling faces I meet. 

Like the community, Springville Middle School has that "hometown" vibe that makes one instantly feel like they are a part of a fantastic academic network.

Moving to the Oneonta area in 2000, I laid down some roots.  I am married to Justin, and together we are raising three wonderful (sometimes!) children and two weenie dogs. 

Camping, gardening, reading, and people (yes, people) are a few of my hobbies. I truly enjoy talking with people and getting to know them.  Perhaps this is why I love literature.....it makes a comment on life.
