Mrs. Debbie Roberts
I have been married for 19 years and I am the mom of 3 amazing teenagers.
I grew up in the Pinson community and graduated from PVHS in 1993. I attended UAB and began teaching as soon as I graduated. When we found out we were going to have a baby I stepped down from teaching and was a stay at home mom for ten years.
I moved to the Springville area in 2005 and this is where my kids attend school.
My kids are Hannah (age 18), Riley (age 17) and Tyler (age 15).
I LOVE working with teenagers and I completely relate to parents because I am in the trenches with them. I am raising 3 teens and I understand life is hectic and sometimes we all need a little grace and mercy.
My kids play football, run cross country and play soccer We stay busy with practices and games. Experiencing this in my own life helps me to be sensitive to the struggles that my students face with stress and time management.
