    All Sports Workouts

    Girls: July 7th, 8th, 9th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 23rd and 24th

    8:00 AM - 9:30 AM (Begin arriving at 7:30 AM)

    Boys: July 7th, 8th, 9th, 14th, 15th, and 16th

    10:30 AM – 12:00 PM (Begin arriving at 10:00 AM)

    For these workouts, we want to see all 7th and 8th graders who intend to play any sport for OMS or SCCHS during the 2020/2021 school year. This includes baseball, basketball, bowling, cheer, cross-country, football, golf, soccer, softball, track, volleyball, and wrestling.

    Requirements to Participate

    • An active physical on the Revised 2018 form. Please CLICK HERE for more information on this requirement.
    • A completed Dragonfly account. Please CLICK HERE for more information on this requirement.
    • A mask or facial covering.

    When you come to workouts, please arrive 30 minutes early, bring a gallon of water, as well as hand sanitizer.

    Specific Sport Workouts

    Football: July 20th, 21st, 22nd, 30th, and 31st. 8:00AM - 9:30 AM. Begin arriving at 7:30 AM.

    Volleyball: July 20th, 21st, and 22nd. 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM.

    • 7th Grade tryouts are July 27th and 28th. 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM. Begin arriving at 5:00 PM.
    • 8th Grade tryouts are July 30th and 31st. 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM. Begin arriving at 5:00 PM.

    Boys Basketball: July 23rd, 24th, 27th, 28th, and 29th. 8:00 AM -11:00 AM. Begin arriving at 7:30 AM.

    Girls Basketball: July 20th, 21st, and 22nd. 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Begin arriving at 9:30 AM.

    Cheer: Cheer camp is July 29th and 30th.
