While at Pinson Valley High School, I received my Education Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership.

After leaving Pinson Valley High School,  I served as an assistant principal at Chalkville Elementary School for two years. From CES, I started my first job as a school principal at Springville Elementary where I served for three years.  In fall of 2020, I became principal at Springville High School.

This is my twenty-second year in education, and I recently completed my doctorate of education from Samford University.

I am married to my adorable wife Courtney, and we have two sons, Damon and Derek. I look forward to continuing to serve in the Springville community as SHS principal, and I am a tiger!
