My name is David Murphree and I am originally from Ashville and attended Ashville schools. Post high school education was Gadsden State Community College, Jacksonville State University, and the University of Alabama. I have been a social studies teacher at Ashville High School for twenty-four years and have also coached football, basketball, and softball in the past.
