Hello! My name is Merritt Burton. I have been teaching since 2010 and I love it. I am so thankful that I have been callled to this field of work. My degree is in Early Childhood/Elementary Education from UAB. I have taught 2nd grade and Kindergarten throughout my career. My husband and I have been married for 12 years and we have 2 children ages 8 and 5. We also have a 3 year old Goldendoodle who keeps us on our toes. Teaching is a huge part of my heart and I love it!
