Hello. I am the Hospitality Tourism/Cuinary Arts teacher for St Clair County and will be starting my 7th year with Moody High School this fall.
Our Culinary Arts program is currently ranked 17th in the country with the National Restaurant Association and we are able to place students in unique properties and internships both during their high school time and after graduation to jumpstart your career in this field.
We work hard here so come with your sleeves rolled up and be ready for a new challange!

4th Period-I have more projects for you that I will post by thr end of the week. But I would like for you to practice your measuring skills. I have a cookie ccomarison for you this week, April 6th. You can compare your favorite family recipe, slice and bake or break and bake. Just make sure you follow directions and take photos and send them to me.

All 1 hour classes cost is 20.00 per semester; 40 annually
all 2 hour classes are 40.00 per semester; 80 annually
These costs include certification training and testing as well as classroom labs.
