My name is Amanda Campbell. I will tell you a little bit about myself. I have been married for ten years to my high school sweetheart, Brandon. We have a beautiful little girl, Ella Kate! We have three spoiled dogs named Mack, Bella, and Chief! We have three cats named Mrs. Whiskers, Rascal, and Socks. We have six chickens. I also have a guinea pig, Cupcake, that you will get to meet because she is our class pet! We also have five goats named Mrs. Bits, HiC, Maddox, Little Blues, and Duster. I love ice cream and anything sweet, dancing, going to the beach, coffee, flowers, working in the yard, and spending time with my family.
I graduated from Jacksonville State University as a Cum Laude with a degree in Early Childhood Education. I graduated from JSU with a Masters degree in Early Childhood Education in 2015. This is my twelfth year teaching! I taught for 9 years at Odenville Elementary. While I was there, I taught reading/math intervention for two years, first grade for six years, and second grade. This is my fourth year teaching second grade. I am so excited to be "back home" at Moody Elementary because this is where I went to school! I am so excited about being your child's teacher! I have the best job in the world. I love waking up and coming to school to see the sweet faces of your children. I hope that I can make your child's second grade experience meaningful, fun, and exciting! I am here if you need anything at all! As a parent, you are the most important teacher in your child's life! With your help and cooperation, your child will have a successful future!
