Hello, I am Joe Carroll and I started teaching in St. Clair County in 1992. I have been teaching at OMS since 2003. I have always loved anything to do with science. I enjoy the outdoors and most all activities associated with the outdoors. I have coached football and basketball and enjoy sports. I have committed my life to education and hope to have an impact on our youth for many more years to come.
