Kindergarten & New Student Registration
Kindergarten and new student registration is here. Please click on the link to schedule an appointment. The documents that are required when you arrive are listed below in School Enrollment. At this time, children are not allowed on the school campus. Current/returning students will be notified as soon as the online registration portal is open.
Summer Hours: Tuesday & Wednesday 8 - 12 (by appointment)

We are not enrolling for the 2020/2021 school year at this time. Please keep checking this site and our Margaret Elementary Facebook page for updates and registration information.
Enrollment - Please bring the following forms to complete school enrollment: 3 proofs of residency (mortgage/lease/rental agreement and 2 utility bills), immunization form or exemption form, birth certificate, social security card, parent/guardian ID, and any custody papers or court documents.
Withdrawal - You must withdraw your child from the school he/she is currently enrolled in order to enroll in another school. To withdraw your child from Margaret Elementary, contact the counselor at email@example.com or call 205-629-5034 ext. 3503 to schedule an appointment. You will need to provide the student's name and the name of the school the student will be enrolling.
Explanation of summer activity expectations
Due to COVID-19, we are following the guidelines of the Alabama Department of Public Health and the Alabama Department of Education. Currently they are requesting that schools start at a later date.
Our pre-approved calendar has St. Clair County Schools starting on August 13th. The 2020-2021 school start date is subject to change and dependent upon recommendations issued by the ADPH and ALSDE.

Bullying Anonymous Reporting
You may read our board policy and/or fill out the Bullying Notification Form to submit a bullying notification to the Board of Education directly. Otherwise, report a bullying incident anonymously here. The appropriate administrators will be notified completely anonymously.
