Greetings Saints Families,

We all know that students can be successful when they are supported socially, emotionally, and academically. At Odenville Elementary School, we want to provide our students with the most support possible in these areas! This year, we are excited to introduce our brand new school-wide plan to support expected behaviors, resulting in a solid learning environment. Over the summer, teachers attended a two day training focused on implementing our new system.

This plan will be carried out by using our “Saint” theme.   We have created a behavior plan using the following acronym:

Smart Choices

Act Responsibly

Implement safety

Never give up

Treat everyone with respect

These will be school wide expectations modeled by teachers and incorporated in every educational setting at OES. Students will earn a “Saint Ticket” when they display these expectations. The tickets will be kept in their classroom, and as they build up tickets, they will be able to shop at our Saint store at OES.

We want OES to be the best that it can be and we want your child's experience here at OES to be the very best. Please join with us and help encourage "SAINT" behavior on a daily basis.
