St. Clair County Schools

Welcome to the Student Health Services website for St. Clair County Schools!  Our goal is to provide excellent health services and preventative health information to students and parents of our school system.  

The St. Clair County Board of Education employs one district nurse to coordinate health services for all schools. 

All nurses are licensed through the Alabama Board of Nursing. Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses are on staff with our school system.

School nurses administer medication, assist students with chronic health problems, conduct school screenings, monitor for communicable diseases, and provide health education information.
